Life is a journey. During this journey, a person finds himself in different situations from time to time. Sometimes, it makes him feel happy and sometimes sad. These different experiences connect him with different people.
Feel of movement is very simple just like the sequence of morning, afternoon and evening with our parallelly changing activities. A person feels happy when the time and the person both are in the continuous movement.
Contrary to this, sometimes, a person finds himself in a difficult phase of stagnancy. it makes him feel that nothing is in flowy state. it arises the feel of boredom.
There is a beautiful phrase in Hindi - Chalti ka Naam Gaadi.
When there is no movement in life, when we have no routine to follow, when there is nothing to be done, it shows stillness which is not a natural trait of human life. Even Human blood, flow of oxygen, pumping of heart, inhaling - exhaling, contraction- expansion and other internal activities are in movement continuously keeping us alive. So, movement is the natural trait of life.
The unnatural state of stagnancy, not doing anything, not progressing arises mental stress, fear, complexity of thoughts, sometimes weight gain, laziness that makes the person more uncomfortable.
So how can we bring back the person to its ease?
