We generally feel stressed due to many unwanted and uninvited reasons. These may arise in many different conditions of mind. Situations are not actually in our control but our brain can be.

Rather, focusing on uncontrolled areas of our life , we should focus on the controllable ones like our response , our thoughts, our priorities and performance. This huge clarity of mind can change the whole scenario of life.

Here are some interesting methods of shifting from negative restless energy to the positive side:

  1. Feeling angry - Whenever you feel angry, just keep quiet, get away from the there and listen to music. the calming vibrations of music will instantly calm your anger.

  2. Feeling lonely - Loneliness can be vanished with a good companion. its just like a therapy. friends boost the mood and low down the stress. even if you are not able to meet your friend, you can call , it will instantly make you feel better.

  3. Feeling lazy - If you feel lazy, go for a walk. don't watch the screen for longer time in such case. walking or going out will elevate your energy.

  4. Feel anxiety -A person feels anxious mostly for one reason and that is the due to the non fulfillment of desires. in such situation , person feels struck but mind remains overactive . to overcome this, meditation helps a lot. it relax the mind .it helps to have a break from over powered thoughts and feel aligned with the present because life exists in present.

  5. Sad - there is a simple rule, when body is less active, brain becomes more. So, body should be equally active. With yoga, exercise or physical activities , we remain active that keeps the sadness away.

  6. Tired - A person actually gets more tired mentally rather than physically. proper sleep with short naps are required to stay energetic.

  7. Overthinking - When mind is busy with unnecessary thoughts, give it some good homework to write. yes, writing is a process where mind is more active in multi activities - focusing on a topic, recalling the thoughts, putting altogether in words.

  8. Feel unlucky - This is the worst feel. we should realize and be grateful for the real luxuries - loving family, healthy body, healthy sleep, own breathe, own hands and feet to work and many other things.

  9. Feel less energetic - Go and get your hair cut , have a facial or gentle massage . when we feel beautiful, we feel more confident and energetic.
