The art of alignment........

Human behaviour is something very interesting. The way we act, react and respond creates the whole event. A person who is aligned with himself tends to deal with in a mature manner. Every person has their own story, own situations, own circumstances, own life. But one thing is common in all and that is the variability and impermanency.

yes, nothing is permanent

neither the day nor the night

neither the dark, nor the light

and this is the beauty of life. Night may seem long or horror, but it is decided that it will last, and shiny day will appear. Keeping it in mind, we can play our defined role.

To be aligned is a practise. Sometimes, when things are not in our favour, we feel instable which is obvious but that time we should recollect our energy and keep playing our role.

Alignment is not only with the surroundings, rather it's with one's inner self. Interestingly, it's our inner energy that gets reflected. So, in adverse situations once energy is restored, maintained and balanced, we perform better. Living in alignment is more than a wellness practice—it’s a foundation for navigating life with clarity, purpose, and strength. When our actions reflect our core values, we’re more grounded and internally motivated. Here are some methods that help in the practise of alignment:

  1. Deculturing of thoughts- Wipe out the thoughts that disturb you. the cluster of thoughts affect the subconscious mind and start overpowering us with the time. so, keep on decluttering unnecessary thought.

    It's the similar rule of driving a car- clearer the mirror, smoother the drive is.

  2. Choose the priority - We can't be available at every place all the time. so, rather than confusions, it's better to choose your priorities.

  3. Meditation - Silence brings clarity of thoughts. it regulates the frequency of thoughts and makes us feel relaxed. It is a practise to feel our breathe, to visualize and to relax.

  4. Sleeping with head towards south - When we sleep with head towards south, our left and right nostrils get aligned with the lunar and solar energy directions respectively. when our body gets aligned with the directions, we experience sound sleep.

  5. Contribute with nature - Nature is a giver. when we contribute to nature, we feel inner happiness. A sense of gratification makes us feel that we all are a part of nature, not superior which ultimately transforms us to a balanced personality.

  6. Gratification - To be thankful for your life is a beautiful practise. We actually understand the value of our life and other lives too. When we appreciate the universe, we start attracting more positivity as well as positive people. Developing the sense of gratification develops the close relationships too.

  7. Working inside, gets reflected outside - We become magnetic personality when we are clear with our thoughts and priorities, we can see clearer picture of life. Such people value their own life and as well as other lives.

    In this huge rush, it is equally important to meet oneself. We can feel silence in the hustle bustle when we start working on ourselves, accepting our faults and weakness, improving our inner self and transforming into a better personality. This is the inner self that makes us feel blessed.
