Power of Self alignment

In today’s digital era, we are so occupied with countless different activities that the daily routine has become tough in itself. Everybody is under pressure; it's just the reason may differ. It's time to sit and think why, we are under unnecessary pressures, why are we running all the time. It's high time to think that are we actually happy?
Let's sit down for 5 min. and think about being better.
Starting from the morning, the present time first activity is to check mobile phones and scroll into other’s lives which ultimately drains our energy.
Ideally, after we wake up, after a healthy sleep, we should collect all the positive energy to have an energetic day. Here, I am mentioning some morning healthy tips that can be fruitful if practiced daily.

1. Gentle message to your eyes and face.
2. Meditate/ deep breathing
3. Morning walk/ some light exercise.
4. Listen to Surya Mantra
5. If there is garden nearby, walk barefoot.
Usually, people take shower nowadays, which again obstructs in gaining the positive energy.
Ideally, we should first pour water on feet, then on rest of the body. Its our feet that gain energy from ground and charge the whole body positively. The flow of energy is positive when its from ground to upwards.

Then we again rush while getting ready for offices, which ultimately give us stress and negative messages.
Ideally, we should walk out of home with positive affirmation and smiling face. What we perceive Is actually what we receive. So, be calm and positive while stepping out of home.
Our morning routine decides the quality of our rest of the day to much extent.

In the evening, after returning back from office, charge yourself positively for the next day. Here are the small tips:
1. Don’t bring any office work at home.
2. Walk barefoot at home at least for 15 minutes.
3 Spend quality time with family as relations are our energy booster.
4. Earning money is more related to solar energy and relations are more related to lunar energy. Both are complimentary and it keeps us balanced.
5. As per Feng shui also, there need to be balanced between yin and yang energy. Earning money is yin and relations are yang energy. Both are opposite energies but complimentary also.
6. Moreover, keep your home fragrant.
7. Before sleep, must write your dream goal in a diary. it will give similar vibration to the universe and will be the eventual reality.
8. Pay gratitude to the universe for everything you have just before sleep.
These simple habits will help you in self-alignment. We all are in the race of aligning ourselves with the different things surrounding us. In actual, we need to align ourselves with our actual being, it’s a feel of bliss (Paramanand)
