Yin Yang is a Chinese Theory based on Life. It is a deep-rooted concept of life. Ying Yang is not just a symbol, rather it has a deep meaning. there is an interesting story of wind and sun.
Yang is the white part of the symbol and Yin is the black part of the symbol. Yang is the active day and Yin is the sleepy and resting night. if we understand it deeply, a soothing sleep is necessary for a healthy active day. it’s the night that helps in repairing of body cells and ensures our active next day.
Once there was an argument between Wind and Sun. Wind claimed to be more powerful, and Sun claimed to be more powerful. There was a man crossing the road. Wind and Sun, both wanted to prove themselves right. what they did? Wind blows faster making that man feel colder. Then the Sun smiled and make the person feel hotter. Then they both smiled together and agreed that on having different functionalities, both complete each other. let it be anything in the universe, the two opposite personalities actually complete each other.

BALANCE OF LIFE
The black dot in the yang and white dot in the yin symbolizes BALANCE. Let it be day and night, hot and cold, sun and moon, light and dark – all are opposite but interconnected. This is life because Life is all about the balance. Every day has a night, and every night carries a new day. This is the reality of life. every good person has something bad about it and every bad person has something good also.

WATER DENOTES YIN AND FIRE IS YANG
Think, if a person keeps working whole 24 hours without any rest, how his condition will be? That’s why nature keeps us balanced with day and night. day is ruled by the Sun (active energy), night is ruled by the Moon (passive energy). to be active and energetic whole day, one needs to have proper sound sleep at night.
This way Two short and simple words denotes complete LIFE in too simple manner.
It teaches on more lesson of life -“ Simplify the things.” when we complicate the things, we feel life is complicated but when we keep the things simplified, life becomes crystal clear. this philosophy shall be adopted each one of us in this hectic modern lifestyle.
