A Live Case Study of Resort-

INTRODUCTION

I recently visited a Resort. I was so impressed with the civil structure of the resort that I decided to share it here. It was such a mesmerizing aura there. So positive and serene. But serenity doesn’t mean to be emptiness. The Resort tends to have great customer footfall. People use to stay there throughout the year.  

What makes this Resort a tourist attraction? Let’s check it from Vastu point of view:

In Vastu Shastra, we study that energies play a vital role in the flourishing of a building.  Does the same rule, same principle and same guidelines of the Vastu shastra are being applied in the case of Resorts also? The answer is “YES”. 

The Resort was a Vastu compliant property. There were many factors responsible for its fame and tourist attraction. 

Higher and heavier West and South-

The resort was built up in such a way that the maximum built area was the West, Southwest and the Northwest. 

The North and the East directions were much lighter.

Main Entrance-

 The main entrance was the West (W3, W4). 

Placement of Fire-

Kitchen was in the SE and the Resort was in the South. 

Green in the East-

What more adds to the beauty of the Resort was the lush green lawn which was in the East direction of the resort. Although there were plants all around the resort, the refreshing lush green lawn was in the East direction with just one or two small cottages.

Placement of swimming pool

The swimming pool was in the ENE and East direction of the Resort making it a more enjoyable place for the tourists. Moreover, it was in a wavy shape which was too favorable here.

The Kosi river

The Kosi River lies in the North and Northeast of the Resort which is a positive symbol as per Vastu. It is one of the major reasons for connecting the resort with the people from all over the place.

Vastu helps in energizing a place, in making that place flourishing. It is not necessary that the building is famous because of only Vastu but it is necessary that if a building is Vastu compliant, it will flourish.
